Ganily Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the Ganily free account and the PSLE Math (P5–P6) Membership — per child, until 31.12.2027. Please read them before you buy.

1Membership

  1. A membership is for one child. It covers every practice skill, bar model, test, Mixed Review and Mock Paper in the PSLE Math (P5–P6) course.
  2. A membership ends on 31 December of the year it is bought. A membership bought from 1 October onwards ends on 31 December of the following year.
  3. A membership does not renew automatically.
  4. A membership can be moved between children on the same parent account, but not to another account.

2Using the content

  1. The content is meant to be used online, and is not available offline. It is not downloadable.
  2. Accounts are for your own family’s use. Sharing an account with other families is not allowed.
  3. You accept the content as it is at the time of purchase. We add and improve content during the year; what is available depends on what has been published at the time.

3Before you buy

  1. Before deciding to buy, please try the free lessons, practice skills and tests to understand the nature and coverage of Ganily. Please buy only if it meets your needs.
  2. Please check that Ganily works on your child’s device before you buy. Ganily is not responsible for device-related issues.

4Payment and refunds

  1. Payment is made online at checkout through HitPay’s secure payment page, by PayNow, Visa or Mastercard.
  2. Due to the nature of online learning content, no refund will be provided and no cancellation of a membership is allowed once payment is made.

5Privacy

  1. A child profile holds a nickname and level only. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

6Support

  1. Support is available only through the contact form and email. No phone support is available.
